truffels. Skillfully done on the Premises on the leadup to Easter it becomes a
spectacle to observe the huge variety of different sized Bunny Molds and
Gifts. But thatfs not all. Come try our famous Hot Cross Buns using the
highest quality 5 Crown eating sultanas soaked in Port Liqour, Mead and made
with lots of butter and spices. |

Christmas Specially
made local tradional recipes for this special period. Come and have a look at
what we make. Leading up to Christmas we make the traditional Australian Plum
Puddings and Christmas Cakes where the highest quality fruit are soaked In
Port Liqour and Mead before cooked. Our Gingerbread House are made with The
highest quality Basler Leckerli Honey Lebkuchen made with lots of honey,
Lemons, almonds and spices. Other products include our famous Mince pies and
German Styled Christmas Stollens. Products are made leading up to Christmas
