After arriving in Canberra in 1984, Bruno worked as a pastry cook and baker before starting his own business in Narrabundah making chocolates. Â In 2004 Bruno's Truffels relocated to Mawson.
Bruno has delighted his customers with his delicious hand-made chocolates and offers a range of more than 50 varieties, including 25 different fresh-cream, butter-based truffels. Â
Bruno’s customers, who just can't get enough of his delicacies, travel from as far afield as Melbourne and Brisbane.  As Bruno puts it, "No-one has ever been able to say they have had a better chocolate anywhere."
