Bruno’s Truffels was originally conceived in Narrabundah, a suburb of Canberra, in 1984 by Bruno Ehrensperger, who immigrated to Australia from Switzerland in 1983.  

Bruno is a Swiss baker, pastry cook and confectioner by trade, and he happens to make THE most delicious chocolates!

After arriving in Canberra in 1984, Bruno worked as a pastry cook and baker before starting his own business in Narrabundah making chocolates.  In 2004 Bruno's Truffels relocated to Mawson.

Bruno has delighted his customers with his delicious hand-made chocolates and offers a range of more than 50 varieties, including 25 different fresh-cream, butter-based truffels.  

Bruno’s customers, who just can't get enough of his delicacies, travel from as far afield as Melbourne and Brisbane.  As Bruno puts it, "No-one has ever been able to say they have had a better chocolate anywhere."
